About Itnig
Itnig is a startup & tech ecosystem based in Barcelona. We're home to a vibrant coworking space, a venture capital fund, a podcast studio, a café, and our very own restaurant.
As part of our Media team, we produce two weekly podcast episodes covering topics like startups, technology, and venture capital, often talking with founders andc-levels.
Once a month, we host a live “tertulia” event in front of 100+ attendees and stream it live on YouTube.
We also run a weekly newsletter with over 5,000 subscribers, and our YouTube channel has grown to 60,000+ subscribers.
🎯 What you’ll do
- Edit high-quality podcast audio (this is crucial).
- Record and edit video content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Handle live events, using tools like ATEM Mini, OBS, and assist with multi-cam live production.
- Collaborate with the team to capture spontaneous content during events (reels, interviews, etc.).
- Manage and organize media assets efficiently.
- Upload videos to YouTube with proper thumbnails, titles, descriptions...
- Help us grow our newsletter, potentially contributing to its creation.

- Fluent in Spanish and English.

🛠️ Your toolkit
- Solid experience with audio editing (Adobe Audition or similar).
- Video editing in DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Experience (or strong interest) in YouTube channel growth and content strategy.
- Knowledge of live production setups, multi-cam recording, and streaming workflows.
