Are you passionate about startups, entrepreneurship, and building communities? Do you enjoy meeting new people, creating connections, and making things happen? At Itnig, we’re looking for a Sales & Community Manager to become the face and energy of our coworking space.

This is not “just another job”: you’ll be the main person responsible for sales and play a key role in the growth of our coworking. At the same time, you’ll take care of our community, making sure members feel at home and connected. If you’re proactive, people-oriented, and eager to dive deep into the startup world, this is your chance to join a small, dynamic team where your impact will be huge. 🚀


What will I be doing? 👀

  • Drive sales: you’ll be responsible for bringing in new members, from prospecting and generating leads to closing coworking contracts.
  • Be the community builder: get to know all our coworkers, welcome them, and help them connect through events, activities, and daily interactions.
  • Event organization: plan and execute both internal and external events that bring value to the community.


Requirements

  • At least 2 years of sales experience (coworking, hospitality, B2B, or similar).
  • English & Spanish fluency.
  • You’re a natural people person: outgoing, energetic, and with a true service mindset.
  • Proactive and autonomous: you don’t wait for things to happen—you make them happen.
